All rentals include access to our kitchenette, restroom, and welcoming foyer.
Parking Lot Rentals
It's a great location for farmers markets, pop-up shops, vendor markets, community celebrations, health fairs, fundraisers, seasonal events, and more.
Treatment Rooms
Ideal for massage therapists, acupuncturists, Reiki practitioners, bodyworkers, estheticians, and holistic wellness providers.
Parties and Events
Our space comfortably suits parties of up to 30 people, including adults and children. You will have access to the play area and kitchenette. Tables and chairs are available.
All events are charged on a per-hour basis and require a $50 security deposit.
Events should be booked 4-6 weeks in advance.
We offer additions including crafts, party bags and private classes. Instructor availability may vary.

Reservation and Booking
Deposit: A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date and space.
Payment: Space rental fee is $100 per hour. Full payment is due at the time of signing the rental agreement, and a credit card must be placed on file.
Duration: Rental includes either 3 or 4 hours of event time, including 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for cleanup.
Overtime Charges: Any event exceeding the booked time will incur an overtime fee of $150 per hour, which will be charged to the card on file.
Booking Changes: Date or time changes are subject to availability 2 weeks prior to the event.
