MotherCircle
Rooted in the MotherCircle framework developed by Kimberly Johnson and Jessica Connolly, this series invites you to slow down and sit in circle each week to explore the invisible transitions of motherhood—identity shifts, emotional labor, expectations, grief, joy, and the deep personal transformation that unfolds as we mother. Together, we learn to name what is often unnamed, normalize experiences that are frequently carried alone, and reconnect with our own intuition and values.
Each gathering weaves gentle teaching, guided reflection, and open sharing in a supportive, non-judgmental community. You are not expected to have answers, fix anything, or show up a certain way—only to come as you are. Listening is as valued as speaking, and your lived experience is honored as a source of wisdom.
MotherCircle is an in-person, 8-week series beginning September 9th

Softness is Not a Luxury
This workshop for women of color centered on the idea that softness and rest are not rewards, they’re requirements.
You were not built to carry this much. And yet, here you are — holding it all, moving through the world with grace and grit and very little space to just be. This workshop is an invitation to put it down. Softness is Not a Luxury is a single-session gathering created specifically for women of color who are tired of having to earn their rest. We have been taught — by family, by culture, by a world that rewards our labor and ignores our humanity — that softness is something we get to have after. After the work is done. After everyone else is okay. After we've proven we're strong enough. But softness was never meant to be a reward. It is a requirement. This is a place to breathe. To be witnessed. To remember that your rest is not lazy, your boundaries are not selfish, and your softness is not something you have to earn.
You belong here — exactly as you are.

Little Spot: Youth Emotions Workshop
This workshop gives children ages 6–10 a safe, playful space to name, understand, and work through their emotions. The series runs 3 sessions, each building on the last, moving from awareness to regulation to empathy. Some activities are hands-on and connection-centered. Kids are welcome even if they can’t attend all three, though having the previous sessions as a foundation is helpful for the best experience.
Ocean Storytime and Craft
Dive into an ocean-themed adventure filled with stories, sensory play, and creative crafts! Children will listen to a fun ocean story, explore an interactive sensory bin, and create one or two ocean-inspired crafts to take home. This hands-on program encourages imagination, creativity, and exploration while introducing children to the wonders of the sea!
Meditation and Tea
Somewhere along the way, you learned to dim. To take up less room. To keep your warmth turned down so no one felt it was too much.
This Leo season — the season of the sun — we’re turning it back up.
Join us for an evening made for women experiencing changes in their lives. We’ll settle into a guided meditation on the heart and your own quiet light, then pour tea and reflect together on where you’re ready to be seen again. Before you go, you’ll blend and take home your own essential-oil roller — a small gift of scent to carry the feeling with you.
Come as you are. Leave a little more lit up. ✨
